The Intterra Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and creating new qualified opportunities within in Target Accounts for Intterra. The SDR will become a trusted resource and develop relationships with prospects and customers, acting as the initial point of contact and a reliable SME regarding Intterra. This role will be primarily focused around researching the Target Accounts and performing outreach through emails, calls, and social media.
Salary Range: $40-50k, based on skills & experience

The Intterra Enterprise Sales Operations Analyst is the right-hand of the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, and the key liaison between operations & sales to maximize alignment and reduce operational friction in both the daily sales process and the transition from sales to operational deployment of our software.
Salary Range: $70-100k, based on skills & experience

As an Onboarding & Production Support Specialist for our clients and partners, you will be working in a production environment assisting with onboarding and system configuration for new clients as well as monitoring, identifying, resolving, and escalating client system issues. You will be researching issues to identify the root cause and ultimately working as a team to resolve and improve the function or process. The Onboarding & Production Support Analyst should demonstrate strong analysis, investigation and problem-solving skills, communication, and collaboration skills, with a strong client service mindset.
Salary Range: $80-110k, based on skills & experience

The Intterra Account Executive is a critical member of the sales team, prospecting key target clients, demonstrating all aspects of Intterra SaaS modules and clearly identifying and correlating client needs to system capabilities.

The Intterrra Engineering Manager coordinates and manages the engineering staff to design and develop software-as-a-service applications that serve public safety professionals and communities. Intterra’ engineering manager will develop, manage, and coordinate priorities and tasks across the engineering team in cooperation with the company product manager and chief architecture.
Salary Range: $120-160k, based on skills & experience

The Intterra Product Manager coordinates and manages product roadmap by identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; developing marketing strategies.

The Operations Business Analyst will be in charge of Implementing and Supporting Intterra’s top-selling product, the Reporting, and Analytics package, as well as supporting customer configurations of all modules of the product offering. This resource will work to implement standard configurations,- and elicit requirements from clients, and estimate effort and cost for custom needs. This position will also facilitate requirements elicitation for larger enterprise projects within the organization.

As a member of the Customer Success team, the Account Manager is responsible for supporting Intterra’s existing customer base, assuring as new customers come on, the products are accurately configured, end users are trained, and user adoption meets the designated targets. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple customers and ultimately positioning them for annual renewal of the Intterra SAAS products.
