In the Account Manager role, you are a client advocate and as such, are responsible for customer success, retention and contributing to revenue-generating activities for our organization. You will be tasked with overseeing and supporting the onboarding process, scheduling regular business reviews, establishing a great relationship with our clients & learning how they are using Intterra’s software or guiding how they should be using Intterra’s software. Candidates should be familiar with project management practices, be able to problem solve and be willing to collaborate with the Support and Sales staff to build an active client base.
The Intterra Analytics lead is responsible for managing the output of the Reporting and Analytics module. Working along side the Engineering and Support teams, this individual is responsible for designing visualizations and other reporting tools, validating data sets and working with the Account Team and client base on data quality and improvements. Interested candidates should have a business analysis background and be skilled with SQL, PowerBI, Tableau or other similar data visualization packages. As this module and data function grows, this individual may have a team of individuals reporting to them. This is a direct client facing role with some travel required.
Onboarding new clients and long-term tech support are the key functions of Intterra’s support team. Individuals in this role will work in an Agile team environment; knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices is a plus. The Support Team members are responsible for learning how to configure the software, create roles and assign users, responsible for coaching clients on how to send data to Intterra’s data center, ArcGIS configuration & support as well as managing/troubleshooting items as they arise through the support desk. Individuals applying for this role should be self-starting, curious and excited about process improvement.
